I am a Doctorally prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through serious illness, end-of-life care, caregiving, grief, and burnout. My hospice and palliative care background shapes my approach: with deep respect for what people are carrying, and a focus on dignity, whole-person care, and what actually helps in real life.

Personal experience: I am a parent of a child with Down syndrome. I know what it means to receive a diagnosis that reshapes your family's future. That lived experience is at the center of my work.
