Appointment & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

No charge will apply with proper notice.

Last-Minute Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a fee of 50% of the full session cost.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without any notification (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full session fee.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues (e.g., internet, video platform) please notify us immediately. If we cannot connect within the first 10 minutes of the session, it will be considered a no-show.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. We also offer affordable self-pay options for patients without insurance.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, we offer same-day appointments for urgent medical needs based on availability. Contact us as early as possible to secure a same-day slot.

Can I get prescription refills through telehealth?

Yes, we can manage and refill prescriptions for established patients through telehealth visits, including controlled substances when appropriate.

What states do you serve?

We currently serve patients in Florida and New York through both telehealth and in-person services. We are expanding to additional states soon.

How do virtual visits work?

Virtual visits are conducted through secure video conferencing. You'll receive a link to join the video call at your scheduled appointment time. No special software is required.

What if I have technical issues during a virtual visit?

If you experience technical issues, please contact us immediately at (561) 709-8277. We will work with you to resolve the issue or reschedule your appointment.

Do you provide emergency care?

No, we do not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
