Last-Minute Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a fee of 50% of the full session cost.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without any notification (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full session fee.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues (e.g., internet, video platform) please notify us immediately. If we cannot connect within the first 10 minutes of the session, it will be considered a no-show.

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. We also offer affordable self-pay options for patients without insurance.

We currently serve patients in Florida and New York through both telehealth and in-person services. We are expanding to additional states soon.

Virtual visits are conducted through secure video conferencing. You'll receive a link to join the video call at your scheduled appointment time. No special software is required.

Q What if I have technical issues during a virtual visit?

Q Do you provide emergency care?

No, we do not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
